Lavalier-mikrofoni BOYA BY-WM4

The BOYA BY-WM4 lavalier microphone kit is a wireless condenser system designed for clear audio capture in interviews, presentations, and video production. The kit includes an omnidirectional lavalier microphone, a bodypack transmitter, a receiver, a windscreen, and a hard carrying case. It operates in the 2405–2478 MHz band, offers real-time monitoring and is compatible with smartphones, tablets, DSLR cameras, camcorders, audio recorders and PCs.

Advantages

The system provides high sound sensitivity and low total harmonic distortion (0.1%), enabling accurate voice reproduction. A maximum sound pressure level of 76 dB and a condenser transducer ensure clear capture of spoken word. The kit’s universal connections and included accessories make it convenient for on-the-go recording, while the hard carrying case protects components during transport. Battery-powered operation (AA batteries) offers up to approximately 3 hours of runtime, allowing use in field recordings without direct power.

How to use

Attach the lavalier microphone to the speaker’s clothing using the clip, position the microphone 15–20 cm from the mouth for balanced capture, and fit the windscreen if recording outdoors. Insert AA batteries into the transmitter and receiver, power both units on, and ensure they are set to the same channel within the 2405–2478 MHz range. Connect the receiver output to your recording device (smartphone, camera, recorder or PC) using the appropriate cable or adapter, and enable real-time monitoring to check levels. Perform a quick sound check and adjust placement or input gain on your device as needed.

Recommendations

For best results, avoid placing the microphone directly against fabric that can rub or create noise; use the supplied windscreen in windy conditions and verify battery charge before sessions. Keep the transmitter and receiver within recommended line-of-sight distances and minimize interference by moving away from strong Wi‑Fi or other 2.4 GHz sources if audio dropouts occur.
