LED-nauhan liitin EUROLITE 50530075 12 mm nauhalle, 5-napainen

The EUROLITE 50530075 inline LED strip connector is designed for 12 mm LED strips with a 5‑pin configuration, enabling solder‑free connections for RGBW or other 5‑conductor LED strip types. This connector creates a combined electrical and mechanical joint to simplify repairs, extensions and new installations while maintaining reliable power and signal transfer across the connected strip sections.

Advantages

This inline connector offers a tool‑free, solderless connection method that reduces installation time and lowers the risk of assembly errors. Its five contacts are matched to 12 mm, five‑conductor LED strips to provide stable contacts for both power and data lines. The compact inline design keeps connected strips aligned and supported, helping to preserve signal integrity and reduce stress at joint points during installation or maintenance.

How to use

Prepare the LED strip ends by cutting them straight on the marked cutting line and ensuring that the copper contact pads are clean and visible. Open the connector housing, insert each strip end so that the strip's copper pads align with the corresponding five contacts, then close the housing until it snaps or clamps firmly in place. After securing the connector, test the strip run with an appropriate controller and power supply to confirm correct color channels and continuity before final mounting.

Recommendations

Use the connector only with compatible 12 mm, 5‑conductor LED strips and within the voltage and current limits of your power supply and controller. Avoid using the connector in exposed outdoor environments unless additional sealing and protection are applied. For long runs or high current applications, verify contact integrity and consider using additional power injection points to maintain consistent brightness and color accuracy.
