LED-nauhan virtalähde EUROLITE COB Strip 8mm 50530082

The EUROLITE COB Strip 8mm 50530082 power supply is a dedicated LED driver designed for indoor installations using 8 mm COB LED strips. It provides a stable DC output tailored to the electrical needs of continuous COB strip runs, helping to maintain consistent light output and reduce flicker and voltage drop over longer lengths. The unit is compatible with common indoor accent, task and decorative lighting applications where a reliable dedicated power source is required.

Advantages

This power supply delivers steady, regulated power to 8 mm COB LED strips, promoting uniform brightness along the strip and reducing the risk of hotspots or dimming. Its design supports continuous operation for indoor lighting projects and contributes to extended LED lifetime by preventing voltage and current fluctuations. Installation is straightforward when integrated into standard indoor low-voltage lighting systems.

How to use

Mount the power supply in a dry, ventilated indoor location that meets local electrical codes. Connect the input to the appropriate mains supply and the output to the 8 mm COB LED strip, observing correct polarity. For longer runs or multiple strips, verify the total strip power consumption against the driver’s capacity and plan for distribution points to avoid excessive voltage drop. After wiring, power on and inspect the strip for consistent illumination and correct operation.

Recommendations

Ensure the power supply is rated to handle the total wattage of your COB strip installation; allow for a safety margin and avoid overloading. Use appropriate low-voltage connectors and observe polarity. For installations with long runs, consider multiple feed points or shorter runs to maintain uniform brightness.
