How to use

Open the aluminium enclosure according to the manufacturer's instructions, insert a compatible 2.5" SATA drive, and secure it per the enclosure design. Connect the enclosure to a PC or notebook using the supplied USB 3.0 cable. The device is bus-powered from the host USB port, so no external power adapter is required. After connection, the drive should appear in the operating system file manager and be ready for read/write operations. To remove the drive, unmount or eject it safely from the OS before disconnecting the USB cable.

Recommendations

Use a USB 3.0 port on the host device for optimal transfer speeds and ensure the operating system has appropriate drivers for USB mass storage. For prolonged intensive use, allow airflow around the aluminium enclosure to assist heat dissipation. Always perform a safe eject before removing the drive to prevent data loss.
