Mittanauha STANLEY FMHT0-33868, 8 m pituus, kompakti kotelo, metrinen asteikko

STANLEY FMHT0-33868 tape measure is an 8 m length measuring tool with a compact protective case and metric graduations. Designed for general measuring tasks in construction, renovation and DIY, it offers straightforward, portable length measurement for professionals and home users. The compact case protects the blade during transport and storage while the metric markings enable quick and accurate readings for a variety of common measuring jobs.

Advantages

The compact case reduces bulk in a tool bag and helps protect the tape from damage on site. Metric graduations printed on the blade provide clear, easy-to-read measurements in millimetres and centimetres. The 8 m blade length balances reach and portability for most interior and exterior measuring tasks. The tape’s construction is intended for frequent, everyday use and offers consistent retraction and handling.

How to use

Pull the blade smoothly from the case to the required length and hook the blade’s end on the edge or surface to be measured. Read the measurement from the metric graduations on the blade at the point aligned with the edge. Retract the blade by releasing the lock (if present) and guiding the blade back into the case to avoid rapid retraction. Store the tape measure in its compact case when not in use to protect the blade and markings.

Recommendations

For accurate results, ensure the blade is fully extended and not twisted when taking measurements. Avoid dropping the tape measure or exposing it to corrosive environments to preserve the markings and smooth retraction. Use the 8 m length for medium-range tasks and choose a longer or shorter tape where greater reach or compactness is required.
