How to use

Connect the Poly Mission 615 headset to a computer using the USB connector. Position the padded headband and earcup for a comfortable fit on the ear, leaving the other ear free for ambient sound. Use inline controls, if present, to adjust volume and mute the microphone during calls. Verify audio input and output settings in your operating system or softphone application to ensure the headset is selected as the primary device.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, keep the USB connection secure and avoid placing heavy strain on the cable. Adjust the headband and earcup padding for a stable fit during long sessions. Check softphone or PC audio settings after connecting to confirm microphone and speaker levels.
