The AIXCASE AIX-19K1UKDETB-W is a full-size wired keyboard designed with a QWERTZ German layout and a white finish. It offers simultaneous USB and PS/2 connectivity for use with a wide range of desktop systems and legacy PCs. Built to provide a reliable and straightforward typing experience, this keyboard suits general office work, data entry and everyday home use where a standard 100% layout and German key labelling are required.

Advantages

This keyboard combines dual-interface compatibility (USB and PS/2) with a full-size keyset to ensure broad system support and familiar key spacing. The QWERTZ German layout provides correct local character placement for German-language input. The white housing delivers a neutral, modern look that integrates easily into most desk setups. The wired connection eliminates the need for batteries and reduces input latency, supporting consistent performance during prolonged use.

How to use

Connect the keyboard to your computer using the appropriate cable end: insert the USB connector into a free USB port or the PS/2 connector into the matching PS/2 port on systems that require it. Once connected, the operating system should recognise the device automatically; no additional drivers are usually necessary for basic functionality. Position the keyboard on a stable surface and adjust your chair and desk height for a comfortable typing posture. Use the numeric keypad for efficient number entry when required.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, use a clean, dry workspace and avoid exposing the keyboard to liquids or extreme temperatures. When connecting to older PCs with PS/2 ports, attach the PS/2 connector before powering on the system. Regularly clean keycaps with a soft, dry cloth to maintain appearance and prevent debris buildup. If you switch between systems, prefer USB for plug-and-play convenience; use PS/2 if your system lacks USB support or requires legacy input devices.
