Tallennuskotelo Aixcase AIX-BL35SU3 musta 3,5 tuumaa

The Aixcase AIX-BL35SU3 Black 3.5" storage enclosure is a compact external chassis for up to three 3.5-inch Serial ATA (SATA) drives. Constructed from aluminium and finished in black, the enclosure connects to host systems using a SATA interface internally and supports data transfer speeds up to 5 Gbit/s. It is designed to expand storage capacity, centralize multiple drives in a single external unit, and provide reliable, fast access to large volumes of data for backup, media libraries, and archival use.

Advantages

The aluminium body provides a balance of light weight and heat dissipation while the three-bay design allows consolidation of multiple 3.5-inch SATA drives in one enclosure. With support for SATA drives and a 5 Gbit/s transfer rate, the unit enables efficient file transfers and reduced wait times for large data sets. The black finish offers a neutral aesthetic suitable for home and office environments.

Suitable for

• Expanding local storage capacity for desktop systems
• Centralized storage for home media libraries and video archives
• Temporary or permanent backup of large datasets
• Workflows that require multiple high-capacity SATA hard drives

Key specifications

• Drive bays: 3 bays for 3.5-inch drives
• Supported drive interface: Serial ATA (SATA)
• Maximum interface transfer rate: 5 Gbit/s
• Enclosure material: Aluminium
• Colour: Black

How to use

Install up to three 3.5-inch SATA drives into the enclosure following the manufacturer’s mechanical mounting and connection instructions. Connect the enclosure to the host system using the provided external data and power interface according to the included user guide. Once powered and connected, initialize and format the drives in the operating system if required, then use them for data storage, backup, or media libraries. Ensure the enclosure is placed on a stable, ventilated surface during operation.

Recommendations

For consistent performance and longevity, use drives that match the enclosure’s 3.5-inch SATA specification and avoid mixing drives with significantly different performance profiles in workloads that require uniform throughput. Maintain adequate ventilation around the aluminium chassis and perform regular backups of critical data.
