Naula-ankkuri FISCHER N 8x80/40 S — 100 kpl pakkaus, MPN 048792

FISCHER Nail Anchor N 8x80/40 S is a mechanical anchoring element designed for reliable fixing in solid base materials such as concrete and solid masonry. Supplied in a pack of 100, the nail anchor combines a steel nail with an expansion sleeve to create a secure mechanical interlock after installation. The 8 mm diameter and the stepped 80/40 mm length make this anchor suitable for a range of medium-duty fastening tasks where a compact, robust fixing is required.

Advantages

The nail anchor provides immediate load transfer after installation thanks to its mechanical expansion principle; no chemical curing time is required. Its steel nail and sleeve construction ensures consistent performance in solid substrates and good resistance to pull-out under shear and tensile loads. Supplied in bulk packaging, the anchors are convenient for site work and professional installation, reducing handling time when multiple fastenings are needed.

Suitable for

• Anchoring structural profiles and metal supports to concrete and solid brick
• Fixing window and door frames where a mechanical anchor is required
• Securing light to medium-duty fittings such as rails, brackets and conduit clips
• Temporary and permanent fixings in renovation and construction projects

Key specifications

• Anchor diameter: 8 mm
• Effective length arrangement: 80/40 mm stepped length
• Material: steel nail with expansion sleeve
• Pack quantity: 100 pieces
• Suitable base materials: concrete, solid masonry

How to use

Drill a hole to the specified diameter and depth for the 8 mm anchor in a clean, solid substrate. Remove dust from the drilled hole using a brush or compressed air. Insert the expansion sleeve and set the anchor by driving the steel nail until the sleeve expands and grips the base material. Tighten the fixture as required, observing the recommended embedment depth for the applied load. Follow standard safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment during drilling and installation.

Recommendations

Use the nail anchor only in solid substrates as listed; avoid use in hollow or cracked masonry without prior assessment. For load-bearing or safety-critical applications, verify appropriate embedment depth and spacing and consult structural requirements or technical documentation. Store the anchors in a dry place to avoid corrosion before installation.
