OBO BETTERMANN yleisvipukiristin 61 HSK42 2 jäykälle/taipuisalle johtimelle (2054422)

Electricians and panel builders use the OBO Universal Lever Clamp 61 HSK42 to join two solid or flexible conductors without tools. The lever mechanism opens the clamping point, the stripped conductor is inserted, and the lever snaps shut for a secure, vibration-resistant connection. A test opening allows voltage testing without removing the clamp.

Key specifications

• Connection type: Lever terminal
• Number of clamping points: 2
• Nominal voltage: 450 V
• Nominal current: 24 A
• Conductor cross-section: 0.5 – 2.5 mm² (solid, stranded, fine-stranded)
• Insulation material: Polyamide (PA)
• Colour: Transparent / Orange
• Max. ambient temperature: 105 °C
• Stripping length: 9 mm
• Reusable for flexible conductors
• Mounting type: Free wiring

Why choose it

The transparent housing lets you visually confirm that the conductor is fully inserted and the lever is closed. The clamp is reusable for flexible conductors, reducing waste during rework. It handles solid, stranded, and fine-stranded conductors up to 2.5 mm², making it suitable for lighting, control, and building installation circuits.

Ideal use cases

• Connecting luminaires and sensors in residential and commercial buildings
• Junction boxes and distribution boards where tool-free wiring speeds up installation
• Maintenance and repair work where conductors must be disconnected and reconnected quickly

Good to know

The clamp is designed for free wiring and requires no DIN rail or enclosure. Its polyamide insulation withstands ambient temperatures up to 105 °C, and the 9 mm stripping length is clearly marked for consistent preparation.
