Palkkipuristin DeWALT DWS5026 musta 2 kpl

The DeWALT DWS5026 Black 2 pcs bar clamp set provides two heavy-duty clamps designed for woodworking and construction tasks that require reliable holding power. Each clamp features a bar-style design with a durable black finish and components engineered to maintain pressure and alignment during glue-ups, assembly, or temporary fastening. The set is intended for projects where consistent clamping force and repeatable positioning are needed.

Advantages

The clamps deliver steady clamping pressure and a secure grip on workpieces, reducing slippage during glue drying or when performing joinery. Their robust construction and corrosion-resistant finish increase service life in workshop environments. The pair format offers flexibility for multi-point clamping and supports simultaneous use on larger assemblies. Ergonomically shaped handles provide straightforward tightening and release while the bar design ensures parallel jaw alignment.

Suitable for

• Wood glue-ups and panel assembly
• Holding parts during cutting, routing, or sanding
• Temporary fastening during construction or repair
• Clamping workpieces for drilling or joinery

Key specifications

• Quantity: 2 pieces per set
• Clamp type: bar clamp
• Finish: black corrosion-resistant coating
• Handle: ergonomic tightening/release mechanism
• Jaw alignment: fixed bar ensures parallel clamping faces

How to use

Position the clamp so the jaws contact the workpiece surfaces to be held. Adjust the sliding jaw along the bar to approximate the required opening, then turn the handle to tighten until the desired clamping force is achieved. Check alignment of the parts and make fine adjustments by releasing slightly and retightening if necessary. To release, operate the quick-release or reversing mechanism and slide the jaw away from the workpiece. Use two clamps from the set for even pressure across longer edges or when securing multi-part assemblies.

Recommendations

Use protective pads between the clamp jaws and finished surfaces to prevent marring; avoid excessive torque to prevent distortion of delicate workpieces. Store clamps in a dry area and clean jaws after use to maintain consistent performance.
