PC-kotelo be quiet! Silent Base 802 Window musta Midi Tower

The be quiet! Silent Base 802 Window Black is a mid-tower PC case that balances whisper-quiet operation with high cooling performance. It ships with interchangeable top covers and front panels to adapt between silence-optimized and high-airflow builds, and includes three preinstalled Pure Wings 2 140mm fans and a tinted tempered glass side panel for component visibility.

Advantages

The case offers flexible cooling options with two top covers (one for low noise, one highly air-permeable for water or high-performance air cooling) and two front panels (airflow or silence). Thick sound-dampening mats and a decoupled structure reduce vibration and noise, while a full metal body and removable PSU shroud keep the interior tidy. Built-in USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C and a 4-step fan controller provide modern connectivity and manual fan speed control.

Key specifications

• Included fans: 3 × Pure Wings 2 140mm
• Top covers: 2 interchangeable (noise-optimized and highly air-permeable)
• Front panels: 2 interchangeable (airflow and standard silence panel)
• Sound damping: up to 10 mm dampening mats on front and sides
• I/O: USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C on front panel
• Fan control: integrated 4-step fan controller (up to 6 fans or single PWM)
• Motherboard tray: decoupled, reversible and removable (test bench use)
• PSU shroud: detachable cover plates, double HDD cage, supports rear installation via bracket
• Radiator support: up to 360/420 mm radiator with small cover detached at front
• Side panel: tinted tempered glass window

How to use

Select the appropriate top cover and front panel to match your cooling preferences: use the highly air-permeable top and airflow front panel for maximum cooling (including water-cooled radiators), or the noise-optimized covers for a quiet system. Install the PSU using the removable bracket from the rear, route cables under the PSU shroud and detach cover plates if you need to mount additional fans or a front radiator. Use the 4-step fan controller to set fan speeds manually or connect fans to a single PWM signal for synchronized control.

Recommendations

For quiet operation choose the standard top cover and standard front panel and rely on the three preinstalled Pure Wings 2 fans. For high-performance cooling or custom water loops, use the highly air-permeable top cover and airflow front panel and consider installing a 360 mm or 420 mm radiator at the front after removing the small PSU shroud cover.
