How to use

Place the binding wire from the roll around the rebar as required, position the pincers so the wire sits in the jaw area, then squeeze the handles. The tool twists and cuts the wire in one pass; maintain steady pressure until the cut is complete. Use the slim jaws to reach deep-set rods and keep the tool clean and lightly oiled to preserve the hardened cutting edges.
