Pölysuodatin DEMCiflex DF0010 — musta, 230×230 mm tietokonekotelon pölysuodatin

DEMCiflex DF0010 — black, 230×230 mm computer case dust filter is a single-piece filter designed to be mounted over 230 mm fan openings or vents in PC chassis. It captures airborne dust before it reaches fans, radiators and internal components, helping to maintain cleaner internals and stable airflow. The flat black mesh and frame are sized to fit 230×230 mm cutouts and compatible smaller openings, and the product is supplied as one unit per pack.

Advantages

The dust filter reduces dust buildup on fans and heat-exchange surfaces, which helps maintain cooling efficiency and reduces the frequency of manual cleaning. Its universal 230×230 mm dimensions make it compatible with standard large fan mounts and many vent openings, while the black finish minimises visual contrast inside the case. The one-piece construction simplifies installation and removal for maintenance.

Suitable for

• Filtering intake or exhaust openings with a 230×230 mm mounting area or smaller
• Protecting fans, radiators, and internal components from dust accumulation
• Systems where reduced maintenance and preserved airflow are desired

Key specifications

• Color: black
• External dimensions: 230 × 230 mm
• Quantity: single filter per pack
• Compatible with standard 230 mm fan openings and smaller vents
• Flat-frame design for surface mounting

How to use

Position the filter over the fan or vent so the mesh faces incoming airflow, aligning it with the mounting holes or the cutout edges. Attach using compatible fasteners or magnetic/non-magnetic mounting options depending on the chassis material and provided mounting choice. Periodically remove the filter and clean accumulated dust with compressed air or by gently washing according to chassis compatibility; ensure the filter is fully dry before reinstalling.

Recommendations

For best results, verify the vent or fan opening measures approximately 230×230 mm or smaller before purchase. If the mounting surface is non-ferrous (for example aluminium or acrylic), choose the non-ferrous mounting option where available. Clean the filter every few weeks or when visible dust accumulation appears to maintain optimal airflow and cooling performance.
