Projektiokangas Maclean MC-594 2,54 m (100") 3:4

The Maclean MC-594 is a manual projection screen with a 2.54 m (100") diagonal and a native 3:4 aspect ratio. Finished in black and white, the screen is designed for use in meeting rooms, classrooms, and home-cinema setups where a square-like 3:4 image is required. The casing houses a retractable fabric surface and a simple pull-down mechanism that locks the screen at the desired height.

Advantages

The MC-594 offers a large viewing surface in a compact, wall- or ceiling-mountable housing, providing stable, flat projection material and a neutral white viewing area. Its manual retractable design requires no power connection and reduces installation complexity. The black border and casing improve perceived contrast and help mask ambient light, while the durable construction supports repeated daily use in institutional and domestic environments.

Suitable for

• Classrooms and lecture halls where 3:4 aspect ratio content is shown
• Conference rooms and meeting spaces for presentations and slides
• Home media rooms using legacy or educational content in 3:4 format
• Temporary installations or mobile setups requiring a manual screen

Key specifications

• Diagonal: 2.54 m (100")
• Aspect ratio: 3:4 (native)
• Overall screen size (H x W): 150 x 200 cm
• Weight: 12.3 kg
• Colour: Black casing with white viewing surface
• Operation: Manual pull-down with locking positions

How to use

Mount the screen securely to a wall or ceiling following the included mounting instructions and using appropriate anchors for the mounting surface. To deploy the screen, grasp the bottom rail and pull down smoothly to the desired height; the mechanism will lock the screen in place. After use, lift the bottom rail slightly to release the lock and guide the fabric back into the casing to avoid misalignment or creasing. Clean the white surface gently with a soft, dry cloth; avoid abrasive cleaners and excessive moisture.

Recommendations

For best image quality, position the projector so its lens is centered horizontally with the screen; maintain appropriate throw distance for the projector model used. Reduce ambient light where possible and ensure the screen is mounted level to prevent keystone distortion. Regularly inspect the casing and fabric for dust or damage and store the screen retracted when not in use to prolong service life.
