Puhelinkaapeli ShiverPeaks 70000-10 — TAE-F-liitin Western-liittimeen (RJ), 10 m

Telephone cable ShiverPeaks 70000-10 is a 10-metre wired connection with a TAE F-plug on one end and a Western (RJ) plug on the other, designed for analogue telephone line use. The cable enables direct connection of telephones, modems or fax devices to wall sockets or adaptors and provides a reliable wired interface for voice and low-speed data transmission in home and small office environments.

Advantages

This telephone cable offers a standardized physical interface for analogue voice and signalling, ensuring compatibility with many handset and modem devices that use TAE or Western connectors. The 10 m length provides extended reach between equipment and wall outlets while maintaining a simple, low-maintenance wired connection. The fixed-plug terminations reduce the need for additional adapters when connecting legacy telephony equipment.

Suitable for

• Connecting analogue telephones to wall sockets or adaptors
• Linking modems or fax machines to a PSTN or analogue line
• Small office desk installations requiring a reliable wired voice connection
• Home telephone setups where a longer cable run is needed

Key specifications

• Cable length: 10 m
• Connector A: TAE F-plug (analogue telephone connector)
• Connector B: Western (RJ) plug
• Intended signals: analogue voice and low-speed data
• Typical use environment: home and small office

How to use

Insert the TAE F-plug into the corresponding wall socket or adaptor with the receptacle for the F connector. Plug the Western (RJ) end into the telephone, modem or fax device’s line input. Confirm that the device is configured for analogue line operation and that wall outlet service is active. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends, pinching or contact with sources of electrical interference to maintain signal quality.

Recommendations

For stable voice quality, keep the cable away from mains power cables and strong electromagnetic sources. If you need a shorter run, use cable management (clips or ties) to avoid strain on connectors. Replace the cable if plugs or insulation become damaged.
