Puhelinkaapeli ShiverPeaks BS12-09086 15 m valkoinen

The ShiverPeaks BS12-09086 15 m White telephone cable connects devices using a TAE (F) connector on one end and an RJ-45 connector on the other, providing a 15-metre reach for installations where extended cabling is required. The cable is finished in white and is designed for indoor use to link telephones, modems or VoIP adapters to wall sockets or terminal blocks that accept these connector types. Its construction balances flexibility and durability for everyday residential and office setups.

Advantages

This telephone cable offers a clear physical connection between legacy TAE outlets and equipment with RJ-45 ports without the need for additional adapters. The 15 m length reduces the need for extension devices and allows flexible placement of telephones or networking equipment. The white jacket provides a neutral appearance suitable for most interior environments and helps conceal the cable against light-coloured walls. The cable’s insulation and connector housings are designed to maintain contact stability and signal continuity under normal use.

Suitable for

• Connecting telephones with TAE (F) sockets to devices or sockets with RJ-45 interfaces
• Home office setups where the phone or modem needs to be positioned away from the wall outlet
• Temporary or semi-permanent installations in apartments and small offices
• Replacement of worn or shorter telephone patch cables

Key specifications

• Cable length: 15 metres
• Color: white
• Connector A: TAE (F)
• Connector B: RJ-45
• Intended environment: indoor use

How to use

Insert the TAE (F) connector into the corresponding telephone wall socket or device port until it clicks into place, and plug the RJ-45 connector into the destination device such as a modem, router, VoIP adapter or telephone with an RJ-45 jack. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and pinching; secure it along skirting boards or under cable management clips if needed. If connecting network equipment, ensure power to devices is managed according to their manuals before making or removing cable connections.

Recommendations

The cable is intended for indoor, low-voltage telephone and communication use; avoid exposing it to moisture, direct sunlight or excessive heat. For optimal signal reliability, keep the cable away from high-voltage power lines and sources of electromagnetic interference. When installing over longer periods, check connectors periodically for secure fit and replace the cable if insulation or connector housings show signs of wear.
