Puhelinkaapeli ShiverPeaks BS70084-3-SET5 3 m musta

The ShiverPeaks BS70084-3-SET5 3 m Black telephone cable is a 3-metre lead with RJ-11 connectors on both ends, designed to connect analogue telephones, fax machines and other PSTN devices to wall sockets or base units. Its 3 m length gives moderate reach for typical home and office arrangements while maintaining a compact, manageable cable run. The cable is finished in black for a discreet appearance and constructed for consistent signal transmission and reliable voice communication.

Advantages

This telephone cable offers a straightforward, plug-and-play connection using standard RJ-11 plugs compatible with most analogue telephone equipment. The 3 m length balances flexibility and tidiness, reducing excess slack compared with longer leads. The black outer jacket helps the cable blend with furniture and electronics, and the cable’s construction supports uninterrupted voice and signalling performance for calls and fax transmissions.

Suitable for

• Connecting landline telephones to wall sockets or telephone base stations
• Linking fax machines or modems to PSTN lines
• Replacing worn or damaged analogue handset or line cords
• Office and home telephone setups where a 3 m reach is sufficient

Key specifications

• Length: 3 metres
• Connector type: RJ-11 on both ends
• Color: Black
• Intended signal type: Analogue voice and basic data (PSTN/fax)
• Cable form: Fixed lead suitable for desk and wall connections

How to use

Plug one RJ-11 connector into the telephone or fax device and the other connector into the wall socket or base unit. Ensure connectors seat fully until they click to establish a stable connection. Route the cable to avoid pinching or tight bends and secure it with cable clips or ties if needed to reduce strain. For troubleshooting, inspect connectors for debris and verify both ends are firmly inserted.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid running the telephone cable parallel to mains power cables over long distances to reduce potential interference; keep bends gentle and do not apply excessive tensile force when routing the cable.
