Puhelinkaapeli ShiverPeaks BS76106 100 m musta

The ShiverPeaks BS76106 telephone cable provides a 100-metre length in a black finish, designed for connecting telecommunication devices and extending wired telephone lines. Constructed to deliver dependable voice signal transmission, this cable is intended for installations where a concealed or visible run is required across rooms or between equipment in both residential and small office environments.

Advantages

The cable’s extended 100 m length reduces the need for joins and intermediate couplers, allowing long, uninterrupted runs. Its black outer sheath offers a neutral appearance that integrates with darker interiors and equipment, while the construction aims to maintain consistent electrical characteristics for voice communications. The cable is made to withstand common handling and installation stresses, supporting long-term use without frequent replacement.

Suitable for

• Wired landline telephone connections in homes
• Small office telephone systems and switchboards
• Extending existing telephone sockets over longer distances
• Temporary or permanent installations where a discreet, black cable is preferred

Key specifications

• Length: 100 metres
• Outer colour: black
• Application: voice telephony and basic analogue telephone lines
• Casing: flexible outer sheath suitable for indoor routing
• Conductor type: copper conductors for reliable signal transmission

How to use

Measure the distance between connection points and uncoil the cable carefully to avoid kinks. Route the cable along walls, baseboards or through conduits as needed, securing it with appropriate clips or cable ties. Terminate the cable ends with compatible telephone plugs or connect to terminal blocks according to the equipment manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring correct wire pair matching and secure contacts. Test the line after installation to confirm clear voice transmission and correct connectivity.

Recommendations

For best performance, avoid running the telephone cable in parallel with high-voltage power lines to reduce potential interference. Use conduit or cable management for locations exposed to physical wear, and avoid tight bending radii at corners. When making permanent connections, use quality connectors and verify pair continuity with a line tester.
