Puristin Bahco QC-115A-2P paino 200 g

The Bahco QC-115A-2P clamp is a compact hand clamp designed for secure gripping and holding of materials in light to medium tasks. Weighing approximately 200 g, this clamp offers a balance of portability and strength for general-purpose use in workshop, construction, and hobby settings. Its compact footprint and comfortable handling make it suitable when controlled pressure and quick repositioning are required.

Advantages

The clamp provides steady holding force in a lightweight body, reducing user fatigue during repetitive tasks. Its robust construction ensures resistance to everyday wear, while the compact size allows access to confined areas. The design facilitates quick application and release, supporting efficient workflow when securing components, material edges, or small assemblies.

Suitable for

• Holding small workpieces during cutting, drilling, or gluing
• Securing components for assembly or repair
• Temporary clamping for woodworking and metalworking hobby projects
• Use in tight or confined spaces where larger clamps are impractical

Key specifications

• Approximate weight: 200 g
• Type: hand clamp for general-purpose gripping
• Construction: durable metal components for everyday use
• Size class: compact, suitable for confined spaces
• Operation: manual application and quick-release action

How to use

Open the clamp jaws and position them over the material to be held, ensuring contact surfaces align with the workpiece. Squeeze the handles or activate the quick-release mechanism to apply sufficient pressure without over-tightening to avoid damaging the material. For repeated operations, maintain a consistent gripping point and release the clamp using the designed release function when the work is complete. Regular inspection and proper handling will ensure consistent performance.

Recommendations

Use protective pads on the clamp jaws when working with soft or finished surfaces to prevent marring. Inspect the clamp periodically for wear or deformation, and avoid using it beyond its intended holding capacity. Store in a dry environment to minimize corrosion and keep the mechanism free of debris for reliable operation.
