Puristin DeWalt DWHT0-83158, 2 kpl:n pakkaus, metallinen työpuristin

DeWalt DWHT0-83158 metal workshop clamps are supplied as a pack of two compact bar clamps designed for temporary fixation of workpieces during assembly, gluing and cutting. Each clamp delivers up to 45 kg of clamping force, giving a combined holding capacity of 90 kg across the pair. With a 300 mm bar length and robust metal construction, these clamps suit general-purpose clamping tasks in home workshops, DIY projects and light professional applications where consistent pressure and stable positioning are required.

Advantages

The clamps feature a durable metal build that resists wear during repeated use and provides reliable gripping on a variety of materials. Their compact form factor makes them easy to position in tight spaces and convenient to store. The 300 mm bar length balances reach and control for typical small to medium tasks, while the specified clamping force ensures steady holding during glue curing, sawing or assembly operations.

How to use

Position the clamp so the fixed jaw and movable jaw contact the workpiece surfaces to be held. Slide the movable jaw along the 300 mm bar until approximately aligned, then tighten the clamp to the required pressure until the workpiece is secure. Use the clamping force specified to avoid over-tightening that could deform softer materials. For glue joints, maintain clamping pressure for the manufacturer-recommended curing time. After use, release the tension, slide the movable jaw back for removal and store the clamps in a dry place to prevent corrosion.

Recommendations

For best results, protect delicate surfaces with thin pads or scrap material between the jaws and the workpiece. Do not exceed the indicated clamping force on fragile parts, and inspect clamps periodically for wear or damage before use.
