Puristustyökalu ShiverPeaks 88010 F-puristusliittimille 7 mm RG59

The ShiverPeaks 88010 crimping tool is a hand-operated device designed for reliable mechanical crimping of F-compression connectors on 7 mm RG59 coaxial cable. It delivers consistent pressure to compress connector bodies onto the cable jacket and center conductor, creating a secure electrical and mechanical connection. The tool is made for field installation and repair work in CCTV, satellite and cable TV systems that use RG59 cable where reliable connector termination is required.

Advantages

The tool provides uniform crimp force to reduce connector failures and ensure repeatable terminations. Its ergonomic handles allow controlled operation during repeated use, while the compact design supports access in confined installation spaces. The crimping mechanism is engineered to fit F-compression connector geometries for RG59 cable, enabling fast and dependable connector assembly without the need for powered equipment.

Suitable for

• Installation and repair of CCTV camera cabling
• Satellite and cable-TV coaxial terminations using RG59
• On-site connector replacement and maintenance
• Electrical technicians and AV installers working with 7 mm RG59 cable

Key specifications

• Compatibility: F-compression connectors for 7 mm RG59 coaxial cable
• Operation: manual hand crimping mechanism providing mechanical compression
• Design: compact, hand-held tool with ergonomic handles for repeated use
• Application: suitable for field installation and repair of CCTV, satellite and cable TV systems

How to use

Prepare the RG59 cable by stripping the outer jacket and dielectric to the dimensions recommended by the connector manufacturer, ensuring the center conductor and braid are correctly exposed. Insert the prepared cable into the F-compression connector, then place the connector into the crimping jaw of the ShiverPeaks 88010. Squeeze the handles evenly and firmly until the crimp cycle is complete and the connector body is compressed against the cable. Release the handles and inspect the crimp to verify a secure mechanical fit and correct alignment of the center conductor.

Recommendations

For consistent results, use connectors specified for 7 mm RG59 cable and follow connector manufacturer stripping dimensions. Inspect crimps visually and, where required, perform basic continuity or signal checks after termination to confirm proper electrical connection.
