Kaapelipuristin LogiLink WZ0037

The LogiLink WZ0037 crimping tool is a multifunctional cable crimper designed for professional installers and technicians. It supports standard RJ45, RJ12 and RJ11 plugs and is especially effective on solid-core cables. The tool combines crimping, wire stripping and cutting functions in a single ergonomic, durable design and is compatible with LogiLink MP0027 Cat.6 connector plugs.

Advantages

The integrated ratchet mechanism ensures consistent, reliable crimps and enables continuous work without losing the set pressure. Its construction is suitable for use with solid wiries that are normally difficult to process. The ergonomic handles reduce hand fatigue during extended use, and the robust build provides long service life. The tool’s multifunctional design eliminates the need for separate cutters or strippers when preparing network cables.

Suitable for

• Crimping RJ45 connectors for Ethernet cables (including Cat.6 compatible plugs)
• Crimping RJ12 and RJ11 connectors for telephony and low-voltage wiring
• Preparing and terminating solid-core network cables
• On-site wiring and network installation tasks by installers and technicians

How to use

Strip the cable jacket to the required length, align the individual conductors in the correct pinout, and insert the wires into the connector fully. Place the connector into the appropriate crimping slot, squeeze the handles until the ratchet releases to complete the crimp. Use the integrated cutter and stripper as needed before crimping. Verify the connection visually and, if necessary, with a cable tester.

Recommendations

Use the tool only with the listed connector types and solid-core cables for which it is designed. Do not apply excessive force beyond the ratchet mechanism. Regularly inspect and clean the crimping dies to maintain consistent results and store the tool in a dry place to avoid corrosion.
