Putkipuristin Rothenberger 015327X leveys 115 mm syvyys 190 mm korkeus 50 mm

ROTHENBERGER press jaws combine proven material and manufacturing quality for system-dependent pressing of metal and plastic fittings. The DURA LAZR TEC surface treatment together with partial laser hardening ensures precise, reliable pressings and extends jaw service life. A special long-term corrosion protection further increases durability, while a highly resilient special steel makes these jaws compatible with press machines delivering an axial thrust of 32–34 kN. The compact dimensions (width 115 mm, depth 190 mm, height 50 mm) make the tool suitable for confined workspaces typical in plumbing and HVAC installations.

Advantages

The DURA LAZR TEC treatment and partial laser hardening reduce wear and provide up to 100% more press cycles compared to the predecessor model. Long-term corrosion protection adds further lifetime benefits. Constructed from a highly resilient special steel, the jaws offer reliable performance with axial thrusts of 32–34 kN and are compatible with standard press systems for metal and plastic fittings.

Suitable for

• Pressing metal and plastic pipe fittings in plumbing
• HVAC system pipe connections in confined spaces
• Professional maintenance and installation work requiring system-dependent pressing

How to use

Select the appropriate press jaw for the system-dependent fittings and attach it to a press machine rated for an axial thrust of 32–34 kN. Position the jaw around the fitting according to the press system instructions, ensuring correct alignment. Operate the press machine following the manufacturer's safety and operation guidelines to complete the pressing cycle. After use, clean the jaws of debris and store them dry to preserve the corrosion protection.

Recommendations

Use only with press machines compatible with the specified axial thrust (32–34 kN). Regularly inspect the jaw surfaces for wear and maintain cleanliness to maximise service life; follow the press machine and fitting manufacturer's instructions for safe operation.
