Pyörösahanterä Metabo 628057000 31,5 cm puulle

The Metabo 628057000 circular saw blade with a 31.5 cm diameter is designed for cutting wood with accuracy and consistent performance. The blade features a 3 cm bore that fits standard large-format saws, and tooth geometry engineered to deliver smooth, clean crosscuts and rip cuts in a variety of timber types. Materials and finish are chosen to resist wear during regular woodworking use, supporting repeatable results on both professional job sites and home workshops.

Advantages

This circular saw blade offers precise cutting performance tailored for wood, combining a large diameter for deeper cuts with tooth configuration that minimises tear-out. The robust construction provides dimensional stability under load and maintains cutting quality over extended use. The blade’s compatibility with common large-bore saw arbors simplifies installation and reduces downtime when changing blades.

Suitable for

• Crosscutting and ripping solid wood and softwood boards
• Cutting sheet materials such as plywood and MDF
• General woodworking tasks in carpentry and joinery
• Professional site work and DIY furniture projects

Key specifications

• Blade diameter: 31.5 cm
• Bore (arbor) diameter: 3 cm
• Material suitability: wood, plywood, MDF
• Design focus: combination of crosscut and rip cutting

How to use

Before installation, verify that the saw is unplugged or the battery is removed and that the arbor and blade surfaces are clean and free of debris. Mount the blade so the rotation direction arrow on the blade matches the saw’s rotation. Tighten the arbor nut to the manufacturer’s recommended torque. During cutting, set the blade height and fence or guide for the intended depth and feed material at a steady, controlled rate, allowing the blade to cut without undue force. Use appropriate personal protective equipment such as eye and hearing protection and follow the saw manufacturer’s safety instructions.

Recommendations

Use the blade primarily for wood-based materials and avoid cutting metal or masonry to preserve tooth geometry. Routinely inspect the blade for wear, replace or resharpen when cuts become rough or the blade overheats, and store it in a dry place to prevent corrosion.
