Rack-jalusta Extralink Plinth 800x800 musta metalli 800mm leveys 800mm syvyys 100mm korkeus

The Extralink Plinth 800x800 Black is a metal plinth designed to serve as a stable pedestal for standing network cabinets with an 800 mm by 800 mm footprint. With an overall height of 100 mm and a black powder-coated finish, the plinth raises the cabinet off the floor to improve ventilation and accessibility while providing a robust foundation for server and network equipment. Manufactured from cold-rolled SPCC steel with 2 mm thickness, it is intended for professional rack installations where stability and a clean appearance are required.

Advantages

The plinth’s SPCC cold-rolled steel construction and 2 mm material thickness give it mechanical strength and resistance to deformation under load. A RAL9004 black powder coating delivers corrosion protection and a uniform matte appearance that integrates with most rack enclosures. The plinth is compatible with standard 800 x 800 mm standing cabinets and includes the required M12 Allen screws and washers for straightforward attachment to the cabinet base.

Suitable for

• Standing network cabinets with 800 mm width and 800 mm depth
• Server rooms and data closets that require elevated cabinets for airflow
• Telecommunications racks in offices and commercial environments
• Environments where a floor-mounted, stable base and tidy appearance are needed

Key specifications

• Overall dimensions (footprint): 800 mm width × 800 mm depth
• Height: 100 mm
• Material: SPCC cold-rolled steel, 2 mm thickness
• Finish: RAL9004 black powder coating
• Included mounting hardware: four M12 Allen screws and washers

How to use

Position the plinth under the base of a compatible 800×800 mm standing cabinet so that the mounting holes align with the cabinet underside. Secure the plinth to the cabinet using the supplied M12 Allen screws and washers, tightening each screw evenly to ensure a flat, stable connection. After mounting, place the cabinet in its final floor position and, where necessary, fix the cabinet to the floor according to site requirements and local regulations for seismic or load safety.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, install the plinth on flat, level flooring and ensure the cabinet is unloaded or evenly loaded during attachment. Regularly inspect fastenings and the powder-coated surface for signs of wear or corrosion in harsh environments. Use appropriate floor anchors if local codes require floor fixation for racks and cabinets.
