Height Adjustable Wrist Rests provide extra comfort and support while typing and ensure a secure grip on the desk or keyboard. The wrist rest is height-adjustable to align with different keyboards, and its gel pillow conforms to the natural curve of the wrist and hand to reduce pressure during extended use.

Advantages

The adjustable height lets you set the wrist rest to the same level as your keyboard for stable hand positioning. The gel pillow moulds to your wrist and hand shape, distributing pressure evenly to improve comfort during long typing sessions. The surface provides reliable grip to minimise slipping.

Key specifications

• Height-adjustable design compatible with various keyboards
• Gel pillow that conforms to wrist and hand contours
• Provides extra comfort and support for prolonged typing
• Firm surface grip to reduce movement during use

How to use

Set the wrist rest to the desired height so its top aligns with your keyboard edge. Place your wrists on the gel pillow while typing so they rest naturally on the curved surface. Adjust position as needed to maintain a neutral wrist posture and avoid sustained pressure in one spot.

Recommendations

For best results, combine the wrist rest with a properly positioned keyboard and an ergonomic chair to maintain neutral posture; avoid excessive force on the wrist rest and periodically change hand position during long sessions.
