Roadinger flightcase model 31005254 is a hard protective transport case designed to carry four PLL-576 CW/WW lighting fixtures. The case combines a reinforced outer shell with custom internal fittings to secure fixtures during transit and intermittent handling. Integrated wheels and a sturdy handle arrangement simplify movement between venues while the internal layout supports quick loading and unloading of fixtures and accessories.

Advantages

This flightcase offers robust protection for delicate LED fixtures with foam and/or fixed inserts that prevent movement and absorb shocks. The integrated wheel system reduces the physical strain of transporting heavy gear and the reinforced corners and latches provide impact resistance and reliable closure. The case's interior is arranged to keep fixtures organized and accessible, reducing setup time at events.

How to use

Open the case and place each PLL-576 CW/WW fixture into its allocated compartment, ensuring that any removable accessories are stored separately in the accessory space. Close the lid and secure all latches before moving the case. When transporting, tilt the case onto its wheels using the handle and roll it on smooth surfaces; avoid dragging the case over uneven terrain to reduce stress on the wheels and fittings. For loading into vehicles, lift with two people when fully loaded to prevent strain and protect the case structure.

Recommendations

Store fixtures with cables disconnected and wrapped to prevent pinching. Inspect internal fittings and latches periodically and replace worn foam or inserts to maintain protection. When shipping by courier, secure the case inside the transport vehicle to prevent shifting and consider additional external protection if exposed to heavy handling.
