ROLINE Cat.6 S/FTP (PiMF) -verkkokaapeli, PoE, keltainen, 0,3 m 21.51.1312

Connect your PoE-powered devices in tight spaces with this short, high-performance patch cable. Ideal for linking a wireless access point to a PoE switch in a crowded network cabinet, or for neatly patching between adjacent ports on a patch panel. Its 0.3 m length eliminates excess cable clutter while maintaining full Gigabit performance.

Key specifications

• Category 6 (Class E) performance, tested up to 250 MHz
• S/FTP shielding: overall braided screen plus foil on each twisted pair (PiMF) for superior EMI immunity
• Supports Power over Ethernet (PoE, PoE+, and 4PPoE) up to IEEE 802.3bt
• Gold-plated RJ45 connectors with snagless molded boots
• 26 AWG stranded copper conductors for flexibility and durability
• LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) yellow jacket for safety in dense installations
• Wired to TIA/EIA 568B standard

Why choose it

In high-density network environments, cable management is critical. This 0.3 m patch cable is the perfect solution for short interconnects between adjacent ports, reducing cable bulk and improving airflow. The S/FTP construction with individually foiled pairs (PiMF) virtually eliminates alien crosstalk, ensuring reliable Gigabit transmission even when bundled with other cables. Its LSZH jacket emits low smoke and no toxic halogens in case of fire, making it suitable for public buildings and data centers. The yellow color provides high visibility for easy identification of specific connections.

Ideal use cases

• Patching between switches and patch panels in racks
• Connecting PoE devices like IP cameras, VoIP phones, and access points in confined spaces
• Short links in data centers, server rooms, and telecommunications closets
• Color-coded network segments for quick troubleshooting

Good to know

This cable meets ISO/IEC 11801, EN 50173, and TIA/EIA-568-C.2 standards. It is backward compatible with Cat5e and Cat5 systems. The stranded conductors allow repeated flexing without breakage, and the molded strain relief protects the connector-to-cable junction. For longer runs, consider other lengths in the ROLINE Cat.6 series.
