Screw Kit charge amps CA-100817 for Halo front cover provides a set of replacement screws specifically designed for mounting the Halo charging unit's front cover. Supplied by charge amps, this kit contains the original-type fasteners intended for maintenance and repair tasks where correct fit, alignment and secure fastening of the front panel are required. The components are meant for use with the Halo front cover to restore proper assembly after service or component replacement.

Advantages

This screw kit matches the original hardware specifications used by the manufacturer, ensuring correct thread, length and head type for reliable engagement and proper torque application. Using original-style screws reduces the risk of panel deformation, thread stripping or improper sealing. The kit simplifies repairs by providing a consistent set of fasteners so technicians and owners do not need to source individual screws with uncertain compatibility.

Suitable for

• Maintenance and routine service of Halo charging units
• Replacement of damaged or missing front cover fasteners
• Field repairs and reassembly after component access
• Technician use during diagnostics and end-user do-it-yourself repairs

How to use

Remove the existing front cover screws using the correct screwdriver that matches the screw head type, keep the unit powered down and isolated from mains before beginning work. Replace damaged or missing fasteners with the corresponding screws from this kit, ensuring each screw is started by hand to align threads before applying torque. Tighten screws evenly and to the torque recommended in the Halo service instructions to avoid over-tightening and potential damage to the cover or housing. Verify that the front cover seats correctly and that there are no gaps or misalignment after fastening.

Recommendations

Store unused screws in a labeled container to retain matching hardware for future service. If uncertain about torque values or compatibility, consult the Halo service manual or a qualified technician to ensure safe reassembly and device integrity.
