How to use

Mount the enclosure on a suitable surface using appropriate fasteners, ensuring the mounting location supports the unit’s weight and exposure conditions. Open the removable cover, arrange internal components and secure connectors or small devices using compatible fixings. Route cables through the designed entry points and apply suitable grommets or seals to maintain IP65 integrity. After installing equipment, close and fasten the cover to restore the watertight seal before exposing the unit to outdoor conditions.

Recommendations

For optimal protection, verify that all cable glands and seals are correctly installed and undamaged. Avoid placing heat-generating equipment inside the sealed enclosure without considering ventilation or thermal management. Periodically inspect seals and mounting points, especially after severe weather, to ensure continued IP65 performance.
