How to use

Install the enclosure on a stable surface or appropriate mounting structure using recommended hardware. Open the door and use the integral locator system to position and secure panels, DIN rails or mounting plates without drilling. Route cables through appropriate gland plates or preconfigured openings and seal entries with compatible cable glands to maintain IP66 protection. Close and lock the door according to the enclosure’s locking mechanism to ensure the rated ingress protection.

Recommendations

For best performance, select stainless-steel-compatible fasteners and accessories to prevent galvanic corrosion. Verify that cable glands and conduit fittings are rated to maintain IP66 when installed. Periodically inspect door gaskets and seals for wear, and replace them if compromised to preserve ingress protection. When installing outdoors, consider additional UV-resistant mounting accessories and ensure adequate ventilation or temperature management for heat-generating components.
