SAS-kaapeli INTEL A2U8PSWCXCXK2 SFF-8611 - SFF-8611 0,875 m musta, 2 kpl:n pakkaus

The Intel A2U8PSWCXCXK2 SAS cable set is a twin-pack of internal server cables featuring SFF-8611 to SFF-8611 connectors and a length of 0.875 m each. Designed for point-to-point Serial Attached SCSI (SAS) connections, these black cables are intended for use with backplanes, host bus adapter (HBA) ports and RAID controllers inside rack servers and storage systems. Supplied as two cables per pack, the set supports internal interconnects where compact, high-density SAS cabling is required.

Advantages

The cables provide direct SFF-8611 to SFF-8611 connectivity with a standard 0.875 m length that fits short internal routing paths. Being supplied as a pack of two, the kit simplifies procurement for multi-port or redundant connections. The black outer jacket aids discreet routing inside server chassis, and the product is suitable for environments requiring compliant internal SAS cabling.

Suitable for

• Internal SAS connections between backplanes and HBA/RAID controller ports
• Short internal routing in rack servers and storage enclosures
• Riser to HSBP PCIe SSD port connections in compatible server models
• Replacement or expansion of existing SFF-8611 internal cabling

Key specifications

• Cable type: Serial Attached SCSI (SAS)
• Connectors: SFF-8611 to SFF-8611 (each cable)
• Cable length: 0.875 m per cable
• Colour: Black
• Pack quantity: 2 cables

How to use

Power down the server and follow the chassis manufacturer’s guidance for safe internal access. Route each cable along existing cable channels to minimise interference and secure with cable ties if required. Insert SFF-8611 connectors into the corresponding backplane, HBA or RAID controller ports until they seat firmly. Verify the connections after reassembling the chassis and power the system on to confirm device recognition and link status through the server management interface.

Recommendations

Use the cables for short internal point-to-point SAS runs; avoid tight bends or kinks and maintain manufacturer-recommended bend radii. When connecting switch AIC installed in Riser 2 to HSBP PCIe SSD ports 0–7 in compatible systems, ensure correct orientation of straight and right-angle connectors to prevent strain. Store unused cables in a dry environment and handle connectors by the boot to minimise contamination.
