Seinäasennusrack ROLINE Pro 9 U 600x450 IP55 harmaa

The ROLINE Pro 9 U wall mounted rack (600 x 450 mm) is an outdoor network enclosure designed to IP55 protection class for use in harsh environments. The steel cabinet provides 9U of 19" mounting space with galvanised 19" profile rails (one pair; two pairs from 600 mm depth) that are reversible and depth-adjustable. The enclosure includes a 3-point locking system with a lockable swivelling handle, insulated PG cable glands, integrated ventilation filter housings and a roof area prepared for a fan module. The cabinet is finished with electrostatic powder coating in grey (RAL 7035) and can be mounted on a wall with supplied brackets, fitted with a base for free-standing use or attached to poles with an optional mounting set.

Advantages

The cabinet combines IP55-rated external protection with integrated ventilation filters meeting IP54 internally, protecting equipment from rain, hail, splash water, dust and similar environmental influences. Robust steel construction with up to 2.0 mm material thickness and galvanised 19" rails ensure mechanical durability and reliable equipment mounting. The 3-point lock and lockable handle increase physical security, while insulated PG cable glands and a prepared fan area simplify cable entry and active ventilation installation.

Suitable for

• Outdoor network and telecom equipment in exposed locations
• Small to medium rack-mounted installations up to 9U
• Surveillance, access control and edge devices requiring environmental protection
• Wall-mounted installations where space saving and protection are needed

How to use

Mount the rack on a suitable wall using the enclosed mounting brackets, ensuring the surface and fasteners are rated for the cabinet weight and installed equipment. Install equipment into the 19" rails and adjust rail depth as required; from 600 mm depth models may provide two pairs of rails. Route cables through the insulated PG glands and fit ventilation filters or a fan module in the roof area if active cooling is needed. Lock the door using the 3-point lock and the lockable swivelling handle to secure mounted equipment.

Recommendations

Place the cabinet in a location with adequate drainage and avoid mounting where continuous immersion could occur. For extended outdoor longevity, periodically inspect seals, ventilation filters and powder coating, and ensure cable gland seals remain intact. Use the prepared fan area for forced ventilation if installed equipment generates significant heat.
