Seinäkiinnitteinen 19 tuuman räkkikaappi DIGITUS Dynamic-N DN-37101 — 7U, 600x450 mm, IP20, avainlukko, kokoamaton

DIGITUS Dynamic-N DN-37101 is a wall-mounted 19" rack cabinet with 7U usable height and external dimensions of 600 x 450 mm (WxD). The cabinet is supplied unassembled and designed for network and telecom equipment in offices, communication closets and small server rooms. It features IP20 protection, a lockable safety glass front door with steel frame, integrated adjustable 19" rails front and rear, ventilation slots and pre-punched cable entries in the roof, base and rear. The enclosure supports a maximum load of 60 kg and is finished in black powder-coated sheet steel.

Advantages

The DIGITUS Dynamic-N wall-mounted cabinet combines compact footprint and standard 19" mounting to house patch panels, switches and small servers while remaining suitable for constrained spaces. Its lockable glass door and earthing points provide basic security and grounding, while adjustable galvanized rails and marked U heights simplify installation and alignment of equipment. Supplied unassembled, the cabinet is easier to ship and store, and the pre-punched cable entries and fan-ready roof reduce on-site preparation time.

Suitable for

• Mounting patch panels, network switches and small rack-mount devices in offices
• Telecom and network distribution points in small server rooms or comms closets
• Environments requiring a compact 7U 19" enclosure with basic physical protection (IP20)
• Installations where shipped unassembled units simplify logistics and on-site handling

When it may not be suitable

This cabinet is not intended for outdoor or dusty industrial environments because its IP20 protection level only guards against solid objects larger than 12 mm and does not provide water protection. The 60 kg maximum load and internal installation depth limit (approx. 219–320 mm for mounted equipment) mean it is unsuitable for heavy or deep rack equipment such as large UPS units or full-depth servers.

How to use

Unpack the flat-pack cabinet and follow the supplied assembly instructions to mount side panels, doors and internal rails. Fasten the provided mounting plate to a suitable load-bearing wall using appropriate anchors for wall material, then hang and secure the cabinet housing to the plate. Adjust the galvanized 19" rails to the required depth and align according to the U markings before installing patch panels, switches or other rack devices. Use the pre-punched cable entries for routing incoming and outgoing cables and fit grommets or brush panels as required. Install earthing connections to the provided earthing points and lock the front door with the key when access control is required.

What to consider before purchase

• Confirm equipment depth and weight to ensure compatibility with the 219–320 mm installation depth and 60 kg load limit
• Verify that IP20 protection level is sufficient for the intended environment (indoor, dry locations)
• Check wall construction and select suitable mounting anchors for the cabinet plus installed equipment weight
• Plan cable management and ventilation needs; consider fan module options if active cooling is required

Recommendations

Place heavier devices as low as possible inside the 7U cabinet, use the depth-adjustable rails to center equipment, and secure all earthing points. When installing in shared office areas, use the lock to restrict access and fit brush grommets for neat cable entry. For increased thermal performance, prepare the roof fan module and ensure unobstructed airflow through ventilation slots.
