Verkkokaapeli S/CONN 08-22060 harmaa 7m Cat6 U/UTP

The ShiverPeaks Networking Cable S/CONN 08-22060 Grey 7m Cat6 U/UTP is a 7-meter Ethernet patch cable designed for wired network connections. It uses Cat6 specification wiring and U/UTP (unshielded twisted pair with an overall unshielded jacket) construction with RJ-45 connectors on both ends. The cable supports data transfer rates up to 1000 Mbit/s and comes in a neutral grey color suitable for home, office, and equipment-rack installations.

Advantages

This Cat6 U/UTP cable provides consistent Gigabit Ethernet performance over a 7 m length while maintaining a flexible and space-efficient form factor. The RJ-45 terminations ensure compatibility with standard network devices such as switches, routers, network interface cards and patch panels. The grey jacket offers a discreet appearance for visible runs and organized cabling setups.

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat6
• Length: 7 m
• Shielding: U/UTP (unshielded twisted pair)
• Connectors: RJ-45 on both ends
• Maximum supported data rate: up to 1000 Mbit/s (Gigabit Ethernet)
• Color: Grey

How to use

Insert the RJ-45 connectors into the corresponding Ethernet ports of your devices until they click into place. Ensure both ends are fully seated and avoid bending the cable sharply near the connectors. For optimal signal integrity, route the cable away from large sources of electromagnetic interference and avoid tight coils or kinks. The cable can be used for temporary connections or fixed installations in patch panels and switch ports.

Recommendations

Use this Cat6 U/UTP cable for Gigabit network links up to 7 meters; for longer runs or environments with significant electromagnetic interference, consider shielded cable variants or structured cabling following installation guidelines.
