Verkkokaapeli S/CONN musta Cat6 S/FTP 0,25 m

The Divers Networking Cable S/CONN Black Cat6 S/FTP 0.25m is a short patch cable designed for reliable gigabit and high-speed network connections. Its Cat6 specification supports higher data rates and improved signal integrity compared with lower-category cables. The cable uses shielded S/FTP construction and gold-plated RJ-45 connectors to maintain a stable connection and reduce potential signal loss in environments with electrical interference.

Advantages

The S/FTP shielding around individual pairs and the overall braid shielding reduce crosstalk and external electromagnetic interference, improving data transfer consistency. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors offer enhanced corrosion resistance and consistent contact quality. The compact 0.25 m length minimizes cable clutter and is suited for short connections between nearby devices while maintaining Cat6 performance characteristics.

Suitable for

• Connecting network devices in patch panels, wall outlets, or switches where short runs are required
• High-speed Ethernet links up to Cat6 performance for LAN and office environments
• Areas with significant electrical noise where shielded cabling improves reliability
• Compact desktop or rack setups where cable management and minimal slack are important

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat6
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid plus individually shielded pairs)
• Connector type: RJ-45 with gold-plated contacts
• Length: 0.25 m
• Color: Black

How to use

Insert the RJ-45 plugs into corresponding Ethernet ports on your devices, such as switches, routers, computers or patch panels, until the connector latch clicks into place. Use this 0.25 m cable for short connections where minimal slack is desired; avoid bending the cable sharply at the connector to preserve shielding integrity. When disconnecting, press the latch and pull the connector straight out to prevent damage.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, use this Cat6 S/FTP cable in shielded or grounded installations where possible to ensure the shield can dissipate interference. Keep the cable runs short as intended and avoid routing near high-voltage power lines. Inspect connector contacts periodically for debris and replace the cable if connectors become loose or damaged.
