The Sigel Jolie spiral notebook JN600 in A5 format (approx. 16.2 x 21.5 cm) contains 120 perforated sheets of 100 g/m² paper and a sturdy hardcover available in black, rose, or white. The extra-thick, white dot-grid pages are suitable for hand lettering, bullet journaling, sketching and everyday notes. The notebook features a high-quality metal ring binding that allows the cover to fold back completely, a pen loop to keep a writing instrument at hand, and endpapers that match the cover design.

Advantages

The durable hardcover provides a firm writing surface whether you work at a desk or fold the cover back on the sofa or during travel. Perforated, extra-thick 100 g/m² paper resists bleed-through and is suitable for lettering and sketching with a variety of pens. Metal ring binding ensures the notebook lies flat and pages turn smoothly, while the integrated pen loop and coordinated endpapers add practical convenience and a consistent look.

Suitable for

• Hand lettering and calligraphy practice
• Bullet journaling and daily planning
• Sketches and mixed-media notes (pen, fineliner, light brush pens)
• Meeting notes, study notes and travel journaling

How to use

Open the metal spiral binding and fold the front cover back to create a stable single-page writing surface. Use dot-grid pages to align lettering, grids or sketches; perforated sheets can be torn out cleanly if needed. Keep a pen in the integrated pen loop so you always have a writing instrument ready. For best results with brush pens or markers, test the specific pen on a corner page to check for bleed-through.

Recommendations

For hand lettering and bullet journaling, use fineliners, pencil sketching and light brush pens on the 100 g/m² paper. Avoid heavy water-based washes that may cause buckling; if using markers, test on a sample page to ensure acceptable show-through.
