Each lid has a steam outlet valve and the flexible silicone base provides non-stick release without the need for grease.

How to use

Fit the chosen silicone mould into a flat baking tray or place directly on the oven rack if recommended by your oven manual. Pour the batter or place the prepared filling into the mould, close with the universal silicone and tempered glass lid if required, and set the baking time and temperature according to your recipe. After baking, allow items to cool slightly before removing the flexible mould to release the baked goods. Clean with warm soapy water or place in the dishwasher; the absence of metallic parts makes the set safe for routine machine washing.

Recommendations

Do not use sharp knives inside the silicone moulds to avoid cuts. Verify the oven manufacturer's instructions for placing silicone bakeware directly on racks. Although suitable for microwaves and dishwashers, avoid exposing the tempered glass lid to sudden extreme temperature changes to prevent cracking.
