Sokkiniittimutteri GESIPA M6 9×15,5 mm 0,25–3,5 mm levyille, litteä pyöreä kanta

Blind rivet nut GESIPA M6 9×15.5 mm with a flat round head creates a permanent internal M6 thread in thin sheets and assemblies where access is available from one side only. The rivet nut body measures 9×15.5 mm and is suitable for panel thicknesses from 0.25 to 3.5 mm. This fastener is intended for applications that require a reusable threaded connection and a secure, vibration-resistant joint in sheet metal, enclosures and structural assemblies.

Advantages

The blind rivet nut offers a reliable method to add an internal M6 thread without tapping or welding. Its flat round head gives a neat finished appearance and distributes load across the sheet surface to reduce pull-through risk. Designed for one-sided installation, it is suitable for thin or hard-to-reach materials and provides good resistance to vibration and loosening when properly installed.

How to use

Drill a correctly sized hole through the panel, insert the blind rivet nut into the hole so the head sits flush against the surface, and use an appropriate rivet nut tool to compress the body and form the blind-side bulge that secures the nut. After installation, verify the rivet nut is seated properly and that the internal M6 thread is clear of debris. Fasten components with an M6 bolt or screw to the required torque for the application.

Recommendations

Select a drill size and installation tool matched to the 9×15.5 mm body and the specified panel thickness range. For best results, ensure mating fasteners are compatible with M6 threads and apply recommended torque values based on the assembly materials to avoid overloading the sheet. Consider corrosion protection and material compatibility between the rivet nut, panel, and fastener in exposed environments.
