Sokkolevy DELOCK 67414 19 tuuman 1U rackiin, metalli, integroidut 8 tuuletinta 40×40 mm, tummanharmaa

DELOCK 67414 is a 19" 1U metal cover plate with an integrated assembly of eight 40×40 mm cooling fans. The dark grey plate is designed to fit standard 19" server and network racks and provides forced ventilation for enclosed rack units, supporting improved airflow for switches, routers, small servers and other rack-mounted equipment. The unit is supplied as a single pack for direct installation into a 1U slot.

Advantages

The metal construction ensures mechanical stability and reliable grounding when installed in a rack. Integrated fans deliver consistent airflow across the front or rear of a 1U bay to reduce internal temperatures and assist heat dissipation. The compact 1U form factor preserves available rack space while adding active ventilation where passive ventilation may be insufficient. Dark grey finish matches common rack aesthetics and helps conceal dust and marks.

Suitable for

• Adding forced ventilation to 19" rack bays housing network switches or patch panels
• Improving airflow for 1U servers, storage modules and edge appliances
• Cooling small network enclosures, lab racks and telecom cabinets

Key specifications

• Form factor: 1U cover plate for 19" racks
• Material: metal
• Integrated fans: eight fans, size 40 × 40 mm each
• Fan mounting hole diameter: approximately 4.5 mm
• Finish colour: dark grey

How to use

Remove an available 1U blank slot from the rack and position the DELOCK cover plate into the 19" mounting rails. Align the mounting holes and secure the plate using suitable rack screws into the existing threaded or cage nut points. Connect the fans to the available power source in the rack according to the fan assembly wiring and the rack power distribution configuration. Verify airflow direction and that the fans operate correctly before closing the rack doors.

Recommendations

Install the cover plate where additional airflow is needed and ensure the connected power supply matches the fan assembly requirements. Regularly inspect and clean fan housings to maintain performance and replace fans if noise or reduced airflow indicates wear. Avoid obstructing intake or exhaust paths and maintain adequate clearance for cable routing.
