Use the rotary dial to select the desired power level (six options) and set the cooking time. Start the microwave and monitor food progress through the door window. For even heating, pause and stir or rotate food when appropriate, then resume cooking until the required temperature is reached. After use, allow the interior to cool before cleaning.

Recommendations

Use microwave-safe cookware and covers to reduce splatters and retain moisture. For frozen items, use lower power levels for an initial defrost phase to avoid overcooking edges. Regularly clean the cavity and door seals to maintain performance and inspect the turntable for correct seating. Avoid operating the microwave empty and follow manufacturer safety instructions on flammable materials and food packaging.
