Sovitin DELOCK USB Type-C (uros) HDMI (naaras) DP Alt Mode 4K kulma

The DELOCK USB Type-C (plug) to HDMI (female) angled adapter converts a USB-C output with DisplayPort Alt Mode into an HDMI connection supporting up to 4K resolution. Its compact, angled housing is intended for use where port clearance is limited or cable routing requires a low-profile connection. The adapter provides a single reliable video output for connecting compatible laptops, tablets or smartphones to HDMI displays, projectors or TVs.

Advantages

The angled design reduces stress on the USB-C connector and simplifies cable management in tight spaces behind desks or on mobile devices. Supporting DisplayPort Alt Mode ensures native video transmission without additional drivers on devices that implement the standard. The adapter preserves high-resolution output up to 4K and maintains HDMI compatibility with common monitors and projectors.

Suitable for

• Connecting USB-C (DP Alt Mode) laptops to external HDMI monitors
• Attaching tablets or smartphones with DisplayPort Alt Mode to TVs or projectors
• Use in office, classroom, meeting or home entertainment environments
• Situations with limited port clearance or where an angled cable exit is preferred

Key specifications

• Interface: USB Type-C (plug) to HDMI (female)
• Video mode: DisplayPort Alt Mode to HDMI conversion
• Maximum supported resolution: up to 4K
• Form factor: compact, angled connector housing for restricted spaces
• Function: single video output, no additional power required for standard DP Alt Mode devices

How to use

Insert the USB Type-C plug into a compatible device that supports DisplayPort Alt Mode. Connect an HDMI cable from the adapter's HDMI socket to the HDMI input of the target display, projector or TV. Select the appropriate input on the display and configure the display settings on the source device if necessary (resolution, mirroring or extended desktop). No drivers are typically required when the source device implements DP Alt Mode.

Recommendations

Ensure the source device explicitly supports DisplayPort Alt Mode over USB-C for video output. Use a high-quality HDMI cable rated for the desired resolution. Avoid applying excessive force to the connector and route cables to minimize mechanical strain on the USB-C port.
