SSD-kotelo Ugreen 10903 M.2 musta harmaa 2 TB 5 Gbit/s

The Ugreen 10903 M.2 SSD enclosure is a compact external housing designed to accommodate a single M.2 SATA drive up to 2TB capacity. With a USB Type-C connection and support for USB 3.2 Gen 1 (3.1 Gen 1) speeds up to 5 Gbit/s, the enclosure offers a straightforward way to convert an internal M.2 SATA SSD into an external portable drive. The aluminium construction in black and grey provides basic heat dissipation and a durable exterior for regular data transfer and storage tasks.

Advantages

This Ugreen enclosure supports one M.2 SATA drive and enables transfer rates up to 5 Gbit/s via USB 3.2 Gen 1. Its USB Type-C connector ensures broad compatibility with modern laptops and desktops that accept reversible Type-C plugs. The aluminium body helps dissipate heat from the SSD while adding structural rigidity. The compact design makes the enclosure easy to carry and integrate into existing storage workflows without requiring internal installation.

Suitable for

• Expanding external storage capacity using an M.2 SATA SSD up to 2TB
• Data backup and file transfer between computers with USB Type-C ports
• Portable storage for photographers, video editors, and IT technicians
• Cloning or imaging an M.2 SATA drive for system migration or recovery

How to use

Open the enclosure according to the manufacturer instructions, insert a compatible M.2 SATA SSD and secure it in place. Connect the enclosure to a host device using the included USB Type-C cable or an appropriate cable supporting USB 3.2 Gen 1. The host operating system should detect the external drive automatically; if necessary, initialize, partition, or format the drive using the OS disk management tools. For drive removal, use the operating system's safe eject procedure before disconnecting the cable.

Recommendations

Use the enclosure with M.2 SSDs that use the SATA interface; it is not intended for NVMe M.2 drives. Ensure adequate ventilation during extended heavy transfers to aid heat dissipation from the aluminium case. Always back up critical data before performing cloning or migration tasks.
