SSD-kotelo Ugreen 15512 M.2 10 Gbit/s musta harmaa

The Ugreen 15512 M.2 SSD enclosure provides a compact external housing for M.2 storage drives with a specified data transfer capability of up to 10 Gbit/s. Finished in a black and grey two-tone design, the enclosure combines a durable case with a minimal, space-saving form factor suitable for portable use, data backup, and temporary drive access. It is designed to host single M.2 format SSDs and to connect them to host devices that support USB interfaces offering up to 10 Gbit/s throughput.

Advantages

The enclosure supports high-speed data transfers up to 10 Gbit/s and accommodates M.2 form factor drives while providing a protective metal/plastic housing that helps dissipate heat during operation. Its compact dimensions and straightforward installation allow quick drive swapping and portability. The neutral black and grey finish fits a range of desktop and mobile setups and helps prevent visible wear during regular handling.

Suitable for

• Expanding storage capacity for laptops and desktop PCs via external connection
• Quick data migration between systems
• Portable backups and file transport
• Testing or reusing spare M.2 SSDs

Key specifications

• Supported drive form factor: M.2
• Maximum data transfer rate: up to 10 Gbit/s
• External finish: black and grey
• Connection type: USB interface compatible with 10 Gbit/s class speeds
• Physical design: compact, portable enclosure intended for single M.2 drive installation

How to use

Open the enclosure according to the manufacturer's access method, insert a compatible M.2 SSD into the connector and secure it with the supplied screw or mounting mechanism. Close the case and connect the enclosure to a host device using the included USB cable. Ensure the host system recognises the drive and, if necessary, format or partition the SSD using the operating system's disk management tools before use.

Recommendations

Operate the enclosure on a stable surface with adequate ventilation to allow heat dissipation. Use the appropriate USB cable and a host port that supports the enclosure's maximum transfer rate to achieve optimal performance. For long-term storage or critical data, maintain backups and avoid exposing the enclosure to moisture, shocks, or extreme temperatures.
