Streacom Heatpipe ST-HP6-4200 suora muotoilu 4200 mm pituus

Streacom ST-HP6-4200 straight design heatpipe with a length of 4200 mm is a long, linear thermal conductor engineered to move heat from hotter components to cooler areas within computer cooling systems and compact electronic enclosures. It is designed for applications that require extended heat transfer distance while maintaining a low-profile, straight geometry. The product is suitable for integrating into custom cooling builds, passive dissipation paths, or hybrid active/passive configurations where routing and space constraints call for a long, reliable heat transfer element.

Advantages

The straight-design heatpipe provides continuous, low-resistance thermal conduction over an extended distance of 4200 mm, enabling heat relocation without significantly increasing airflow requirements. Its elongated form factor allows flexible routing through narrow or constrained chassis layouts while preserving structural stability and consistent thermal performance. The heatpipe's construction supports compatibility with a range of cooling assemblies and mounting approaches, facilitating predictable temperature gradients between heat source and heat sink locations.

Suitable for

• Custom PC builds and small-form-factor systems requiring long-distance heat transfer
• Passive cooling solutions where airflow is limited or minimized
• Hybrid cooling setups combining heatpipes with heatsinks or fans
• Electronics enclosures where component-to-external-chassis heat conduction is needed

Key specifications

• Design: straight, single-section heatpipe
• Length: 4200 mm
• Purpose: thermal conduction between hot and cooler zones
• Form factor: long, linear profile suitable for narrow routing
• Compatibility: intended for integration with heatsinks, chassis mounts, and custom cooling assemblies

How to use

Position the heatpipe such that one end contacts the heat source (for example, a processor, power component, or local heatsink) and the other end is thermally coupled to a cooler region, heatsink, or chassis panel. Ensure secure mechanical support along the length to prevent bending or undue stress; use clamps or brackets compatible with the pipe diameter and material. Maintain clean, flat contact surfaces and, where appropriate, apply thermal interface material at contact points to reduce thermal resistance. Verify that mounting does not compromise the heatpipe's straight alignment and that surrounding components provide adequate clearance.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, avoid sharp bends or kinks and provide steady mechanical support along the pipe. When integrating into enclosed systems, plan airflow and conductor paths so the heat-dissipating end is placed in a cooler airflow or attached to a larger heatsink or chassis area to maximize temperature drop. Follow standard ESD precautions during handling and secure mounting to prevent vibration-induced wear.
