Suutin Steinel 070410 75 mm — säteily-/kuorintasuutin kuumailmapuhaltimelle, 75 mm

Steinel 070410 75 mm nozzle is an abstraction/stripping nozzle designed to fit compatible Steinel heat guns. The metal nozzle widens the hot-air outlet to distribute heat evenly across a broader surface, making it suitable for paint stripping, coating removal and softening adhesives. It attaches directly to the heat gun outlet and provides controlled heating for renovation, surface preparation and general DIY tasks.

Advantages

The metal construction resists deformation at elevated temperatures and ensures consistent airflow during extended use. Its 75 mm width covers a larger working area than narrow nozzles, reducing the number of passes required for stripping and speeding up surface preparation. The design directs hot air evenly to minimize local overheating while allowing precise positioning over flat surfaces.

Suitable for

• Removing paint and varnish from doors, window frames and furniture
• Softening adhesives and mastic for easier removal
• Stripping coatings from metal and wood surfaces
• Surface preparation before repainting or refinishing

Key specifications

• Nozzle type: wide-strip/abstraction nozzle
• Material: heat-resistant metal
• Working width: 75 mm
• Attachment: fits compatible heat gun outlet (push-on mount)
• Function: concentrates and spreads hot air over a wider area for stripping and softening

How to use

Fit the nozzle securely onto the heat gun outlet according to the heat gun manufacturer’s instructions. Preheat the work area briefly at a safe distance, then move the nozzle slowly and evenly over the surface to soften paint or adhesive. Keep the heat gun in continuous motion to avoid overheating one spot; use a scraper or cloth to remove softened material as you progress. Allow the workpiece to cool before further processing.

Recommendations

Use appropriate personal protective equipment, such as heat-resistant gloves and eye protection, and work in a well-ventilated area to avoid inhaling fumes. Test on a small inconspicuous area first to determine optimal distance and temperature settings for the specific material.
