Teollisuus-CEE-kojerasia AS Schwabe 60441 — 32 A, 5-napainen, 400 V

The AS Schwabe 60441 industrial CEE panel socket is a 32A, 5‑pole, 400V inlet intended for fixed mounting in panels and enclosures. Designed for industrial and commercial mains connections, this panel socket provides a secure mechanical fit and stable electrical contact for three-phase power with protective earth. Its construction suits environments where reliable power distribution and frequent connection cycles are required, such as workshops, machine installations and temporary power points.

Advantages

The socket delivers a rated current of 32 amperes and supports five conductors including protective earth, offering compatibility with standard three-phase 400V power systems. It is built for panel mounting, which simplifies installation in switchboards and equipment housings and ensures a flush, durable fit. The design focuses on electrical safety and contact stability to reduce the risk of overheating and accidental disconnection under normal operating conditions.

How to use

Install the panel socket into a prepared cutout in a compatible panel or enclosure using the manufacturer’s recommended fixings and torque values for terminal connections. Terminate the supply conductors to the designated terminals—three phase conductors, neutral and earth—observing correct phase sequence and ensuring tight, clean connections. After wiring, verify the integrity of protective earth and insulation resistance before energising. Access should be restricted to qualified personnel, and installation must comply with applicable local electrical regulations and standards.

Recommendations

For reliable long‑term operation, inspect terminals and contact surfaces periodically for signs of corrosion or overheating, tighten connections if required, and protect the panel socket from excessive ingress of dust or moisture by using appropriate enclosures or gaskets. Use compatible plugs and connectors rated for 32 A and 400 V to maintain safe operation.
