tiiviste Harting 09300009941 kumitiiviste liittimille, OEM Harting 09300009941

Harting gasket 09300009941 is a rubber seal designed to fit compatible Harting connectors and housings. The seal provides protection at connector interfaces by preventing ingress of dust and moisture, helping to maintain reliable electrical connections in industrial and outdoor environments. This OEM-quality gasket is suitable for replacement during routine maintenance or when restoring environmental protection to enclosures and cable assemblies.

Advantages

The rubber construction offers flexibility and resilience to compression, ensuring a consistent sealing surface around the connector interface. As an OEM Harting part, the gasket matches original connector geometry for accurate fit and secure seating. It contributes to prolonged connector lifetime by reducing exposure to contaminants and moisture that can cause corrosion or electrical faults.

Suitable for

• Sealing Harting connector housings in industrial equipment
• Outdoor installations subject to dust and moisture
• Replacement during connector maintenance or repair
• Applications requiring preserved IP-style environmental protection at cable entry points

Key specifications

• Material: rubber elastomer suitable for connector sealing
• Function: environmental sealing against dust and moisture
• Compatibility: designed for matching Harting connector housings and interfaces
• Form: shaped gasket geometry to fit connector mating surfaces
• Typical operating context: industrial and outdoor electrical installations

How to use

Inspect the connector housing and mating surface for dirt, debris or damage before fitting the gasket. Position the rubber seal into the housing groove or onto the connector flange according to the connector’s assembly orientation so the sealing lip contacts the mating surface evenly. When assembling the connector, compress the gasket uniformly by engaging the mating halves or tightening the housing fasteners to the manufacturer’s recommended torque to achieve a consistent seal without over-compression. Replace the gasket if it shows cuts, deformation, or permanent compression set.

Recommendations

Store spare gaskets in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and ozone-generating equipment. Use only compatible Harting housings and follow connector assembly instructions to maintain intended environmental protection. For critical outdoor or corrosive environments, inspect seals periodically and replace as part of scheduled maintenance to ensure ongoing sealing performance.
