Timanttilaikka Distar Esthete 2.0 125 mm, aukko 22,23 mm

Diamond Blade Distar Esthete 2.0 125 mm with a 22.23 mm bore is a segmented diamond cutting wheel intended for angle grinders and compatible cutting machines. The blade features a continuous diamond-edged rim and is engineered for accurate cutting of hard materials such as ceramic tiles, porcelain, natural stone and similar surfaces. Its 125 mm diameter fits standard small grinders and the 22.23 mm bore matches common spindle sizes, providing secure mounting for precision work. Use the blade for operations that require clean, controlled cuts and careful material handling.

Advantages

The Distar Esthete 2.0 offers a diamond cutting edge that maintains sharpness for extended periods under normal use conditions. Its design minimizes chipping and delivers consistent cutting performance on brittle and dense materials. The blade’s balanced construction reduces vibration during rotation, which helps improve cut line accuracy and operator control. Compatibility with widely used 125 mm discs and a 22.23 mm arbor simplifies installation on most handheld grinders and small cutting machines.

Suitable for

• Cutting ceramic and porcelain tiles
• Trimming natural stone and engineered stone pieces
• Detailed edge work and precision cuts in tile installation
• Dry cutting applications following tool manufacturer recommendations

Key specifications

• Diameter: 125 mm
• Bore (arbor) diameter: 22.23 mm
• Cutting edge: diamond rim
• Suitable for angle grinders and small cutting machines
• Application: hard brittle materials such as tile, ceramic, stone

How to use

Install the blade on a compatible grinder or cutting machine with a 22.23 mm spindle following the machine manufacturer’s mounting instructions. Ensure the blade is properly tightened and that the rotation direction matches the arrow on the blade. Use appropriate peripheral guards and PPE, including eye protection, gloves and respiratory protection when cutting dusty materials. Operate the tool at recommended speed ranges and feed the blade steadily without forcing to avoid overheating and premature wear.

Recommendations

For best results, follow the tool manufacturer’s guidelines regarding maximum RPM and cutting method. When cutting very hard or thick materials, use steady, moderate feed rates and allow the blade to cool between extended cuts. Inspect the blade regularly for damage or excessive wear and replace it if the diamond rim is compromised.
